Job Title: SERVICE AND PARTS MANAGER (1)

Qualifications:

  • Preferably has Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or any equivalent course
  • With at least three (3) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably has at least 2 years in Supervisory role
  • Must have extensive experience in the automotive aftersales operations, especially in handling the service group operations of a car / truck / bus  dealership
  • Must be proficient in technical repair works
  • Must have excellent customer handling skills
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present strategy and results to staff members and up to the highest level of the organization.
  • Takes initiative, is proactive, self-motivated and results-driven
  • Can develop others: ability to coach, mentor or help others to improve their knowledge, skill and abilities
  • With strong business sense; ensures the department maintains the highest possible standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
