Qualifications:

Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering or any 4-year course

Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in material planning and purchasing in a supervisory level.

Keen to details, organize, and can handle pressure.

Willing to work in Lipa Batangas from Monday to Saturday, 7:00AM-4:00PM

Business Function Overview:

The Material Planning Supervisor manages the material planning section by ensuring strategic material planning processes are in place to enable operational and production continuity. Works closely with internal and external parties to ensure supply of materials is in place to satisfy production requirements. Pushes efficiency, effectiveness, and flexible solutions to meet production requirements.

Job Title: Facility Engineer/ Electrical Engineer (1)

Qualifications:

Degree or completed coursework in Electrical Engineering.

A relevant certificate or license may be required.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity.

Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Ability to remain calm under pressure.

Excellent written, verbal, and telephonic communication skills.

Business Function Overview:

Assembling, installing, repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electronic components and systems.

Sourcing or fabricating replacement parts for electronic systems.

Ensuring all power and manual tools are operated in accordance with health and safety regulations.

Liaising with Supervisors and clients to discuss work schedules and time and material cost estimates.

Providing training and supervision for new technicians and apprentices.

Carrying out scheduled preventative maintenance and servicing equipment.

Performing equipment demonstrations and drawing up training manuals wherever required.

Interpreting drawings, training manuals, and instructions in order to perform duties.

Following written, verbal, and telephonic instructions.

Attending regular training workshops and reporting to the supervisor.

Job Title: ENGINEERING & MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT (1)

Qualifications:

Must be a college graduate of any course

Managing filing system

Recording information as needed

Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.

Moderate to high computer skills;

Excellent organizational, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple tasks;

Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

Committed to providing exceptional customer service.

Can work with minimal supervision

Can work under pressure

Can start ASAP

With good academic credential records

Willing to work in Pinagtong- Ulan, Lipa City, Batangas
