Qualifications:

• Has an undergraduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent training

Job Title: Associate Client Support Engineer (3)

Business Function Overview:

The Associate Client Support Engineer is expected to encounter a great deal of client interaction, monitoring outside production hour tasks and offering trading hours support for the users. You will work closely with our implementation teams across the globe to offer technical support and implement solutions to satisfy the workflow needs of a client. An individual in this role is also expected to gain significant knowledge of the technical and business aspects of the OMS and Compliance space within FactSet.
In addition to working directly with Clients, OMS Consultants, and FactSet Specialists, the successful candidate will gain exposure to FactSet business practices, products, and infrastructure. This offers the opportunity to further understand and learn technical tasks such as writing SQL and PowerShell scripts, using Microsoft server management and scheduling tools, SAP (Crystal Reports) as well as different types of financial instruments, markets, and practices.
