Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy preferably CPA
• At least 2 years of experience
• With background on PEZA Taxation, Philippine Financial Report Standards

Business Function Overview:

• Prepares monthly and quarterly VAT return
• Prepares monthly Summary List of Purchases and Sales for quarterly VAT return
• Prepares monthly/Quarterly alphalist of payees subject to Expanded Withholding Tax/Final Withholding Tax
• Prepares the monthly PEZA and NSO Report
• Prepares the quarterly BSP Report
• Prepares and pays various tax returns. (FBT, ITR, Local Tax, Real Property Tax, Annual reg.)
• Records salaries of employees (local, expat, resigned and AWOL)
• Perform other functions as maybe assigned

Job Title: Sales Supervisor (1)

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year business related course
• At least 2 years of experience
• With background in Permitting, IMPEX, and Customer Handling

Business Function Overview:

• Ensure compliance to legal requirements of PEZA/BOC. 
• Prepare, check and review parts quotation
• Monitor results of sectional targets and ensure compliance of members on set standards
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Title: SALES STAFF (2)

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year business related course
• At least 6 months related experience
• With background in Customer Handling and IMPEX

Business Function Overview:

• Receive, encode, and monitor customer purchase orders, delivery schedule and forecast
• Inform and coordinate matters receive from customers to all concern department
• Discuss and negotiate internal issues to customers
• Prepare Statement of Account
• Ensure legal requirements of PEZA/BOC are strictly followed to avoid problem on delivery

Job Title: PROGRAMMER (3)

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Information Technology or related course
• With background in Programming Language – Windows. ASP.NET MVC using Visual C#, Transact-SQL (MS SQL, MySQL)

Business Function Overview:

• Develops software programs requested by users & approved by manager.
• Create additional reports and/or system improvements requested by system users or initiated by system developer.
• Design/create/build system (software) installation project/program.
• Assist user/s on unexpected system errors and rectify them accordingly.

Job Title: CADET ENGINEER (QA/QC DEPARTMENT) (2)

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering, with or without experience
• Knowledgeable in Inspection tools and drawing interpretation
• Knowledgeable in customer handling, Process Audit

Business Function Overview:

• Establishes inspection standard and data sheet with respect to the QISC
• Establishes and monitors quality performance reports
• Helps in setting quality targets of the department
• Conduct regular process audit in the production line

Job Title: CADET ENGINEER (MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT) (1)

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering, with or without experience
• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD or Solidworks is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in customer handling, Process Audit

Business Function Overview:

• Inputs data from inspection data sheets and submit to customer who needs them
• Quotation making and Conceptualization (Package, Process)

Job Title: CADET ENGINEER (PRODUCTION ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT) (2)

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, with or without experience
• Knowledgeable in PLC, HMI is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD or Solidworks is an advantage

Business Function Overview:

• Attend breakdowns, identify fault and problem solve, with minimal downtime to production.
• Carry out diagnosis of faults, the maintenance, and repairs to all types of plant and equipment in a safe, timely and professional manner and return equipment to operational service.
