The main responsibility of the Application Testing Specialist is to perform the required testing including user acceptance and regression testing to ensure that the needs of the users are met and that any errors are detected. S/he is also responsible to ensure that after testing, all preparatory activities are done prior to the implementation of the updated/new system.

Job Title: Financial Risk Specialist (1)

Qualifications:

• Attends to the financial risk concerns of the bank and prepares regular reports concerning the bank’s various financial/liquidity risk and other reports to ensure they are in line with the board-approved risk appetite and are within the risk limits
• With the excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational, analytical and planning skills
• Able to multi-task and handle competing priorities and meet all deadlines and commitments
• Precise and has attention to details

This function supports the oversight responsibilities of Risk Management in monitoring the Bank’s risk-taking activities and risk exposures to ensure they are in line with the board-approved risk appetite and are within the risk limits.

• Monitors latest development in technology risk relevant to banking industry and continuously works towards technology risks identification, ensures that these are measured, treated and regularly monitored
• With experience in technology related processes and procedures especially in the banking sector 
• Able to multi-task and handle competing priorities and meet all deadlines and commitments
• Precise and has attention to details

The core functions of this position are ensuring that the technology risk is maintained within levels approved by the Board; monitoring and reviewing developments in tech risk relevant to the bank and continually works towards the identification of new risks, ensures that these are measured, treated and regularly monitored and guiding the Risk Champions in the assessment of risk and monitors if risk treatment plans are promptly and adequately implemented with the end in view of maintaining the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the bank’s system at the same time ensuring that the system contents are readily available and usable.

Qualifications:

• BS degree holder, preferably in business/development communication-related course

• Computer-literate with good communication skills, interpersonal and intrapersonal skills
• Must be genuinely interested in sales and handling people
• With banking/financial background is an advantage
• Willing to do both field and office work

The Inclusive Finance Advocate (IFA) is the frontline personnel for Bangko Kabayan’s financial services to micro and small entrepreneurs and farmers. S/He is responsible for the development and management of clients in the communities assigned to him/her, ensuring timely delivery of services to clients and on-time repayments on loans.

Job Title: Legal Officer (1)

Qualifications:

• Provides legal advice and documentation on the legal requirements of the bank and acts as the legal counsel of the bank before administrative or quasi-judicial case
• Must be a passer of the Philippine Bar Exam
• Preferably with experience in the banking sector implementing legal processes and handling legal cases
• Non-board graduates of Law degree are encouraged to apply
