Qualifications:

BS Mechanical Engineering/ BS Electrical Engineering

Business Function Overview:

Location: FPIP Tanauan City, Batangas

• Provide support in troubleshooting and periodic maintenance of     equipment at Production
• Propose/ Implement equipment related improvements for safety, quality and productivity
• Conduct investigation on all quality problems related to machine performance and provide corrective and preventive action
• Provide support in controls and monitoring of equipment spare parts to assure its availability
• Controls and safekeeping of equipment drawings and manuals as well as    generating/ revision of production maintenance related document like SOPs procedures and records
• Conduct Equipment Calibration and Validation
• Other responsibilities assigned by the superior

Job Title: Production Engineer / Production Assistant (2)

Qualifications:

• Prepare and update daily production records
• Perform daily process quality checks
• Train and guide new operators
• Mandatory checks all training records
• Operates parameter and quality assemble product/WIP
• Propose/Implement equipment related improvements for safety, quality and productivity
• Responsible for the Establishment of New Process Flow Procedure in Production
• Prepare daily/weekly production planning and work improvement program
• Other responsibilities assigned by superior.

Job Title: Product Development Engineer /Supervisor (2)

Qualifications:

1.   Assist in drafting standard charts/packaging specification maintenance

2.   Maintain filing system and provide clerical support

3.   Issue standard charts/packaging specifications thru DDR

4.   Ensure proper storage and maintenance of standard charts/packaging

      specifications

5.   Assist in maintenance of Computer System (for Product Specifications)

6.   Prepare the bills of materials for standard chart setting

7.   Maintain the Standard Charts from external origin
