Job Title: (Bill of Material) BOM Staff (1)

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4 years course/Vocational course can be considered.
• With or without experience.
• Can communicate verbal and written (English, Analytical mind, Technical, and with leadership)
• Candidate must be responsible, discipline, with initiative and have strong personality.

• Provides Item codes for the New Machine part items, Item Service process charged, and in-direct materials based on the factory set standard rule for the item code format per item classification and type.
• Ensures that the created machine bom is correct as specified by the customer in the PO sheet.
• Update the machine bom on time for the ECN/ECR items based on the timing of instruction. 
• Coordinates to the concerned section any unclear details  in the request that may lead to the mistaken result.
• Responsible for the receiving and monitoring of the latest Game Software Master Released sent by the Japan Compliance Team, and in control of providing the correct information in the GSN that used as the reference in the program writing process. 
• Provides support to the other section which may have a concern related to the bom.
