Qualifications:

College Level (at least 2 years) of any course or graduate of any 2-year technical/vocational course

With related experience in a food manufacturing set-up

Adaptable to changing workplace and schedule

Business Function Overview:

Assists Master Operator on Production process but limited to machine operation.



Job Title: MASTER OPERATOR (6)

Qualifications:

Graduate of any Engineering course or any 4-year course

With 2 years’ experience in a food manufacturing set-up

Business Function Overview:

Operates the assigned machine / equipment.

Processes products in conformance with established standards and operating procedures.

 



Job Title: PRODUCTION ENGINEER (3)

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Engineering Course.
  • Willing to be trained and learn all aspects of production. 
  • Analytical and Data driven. 
  • Able to recommend corrective and preventive action.
  • Preferably with experience in food manufacturing set-up
  • Experience in Basic Machine troubleshooting is an advantage.
  • Must be willing to work on shifting schedules. 

 

Business Function Overview:

  • Operates the assigned machine / equipment.
  • Processes raw materials in conformance with established standards and operating procedures
  • Conducts basic maintenance checks to ensure machines are good condition in time of production run.
  • Ensure the availability of all production resources before the start of the shift.

 



Job Title: ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR (1)

Qualifications:

  • College degree in engineering (ME/EE/ECE) with PRC license
  • With at least 5 yrs. related experience on manufacturing company.
  • Good leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Above average analytical skills specially in utilities system and machine troubleshooting.
  • Computer literate and above average verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
  • Good interpersonal relationship skills.

 

Business Function Overview:

Supervises Engineering Technicians and Process Maintenance Engineers in performing daily task and duties. 

Leads the operation and maintenance of plant utilities, facilities and process equipment.

Ensures compliance to all government regulations.

 



Job Title: PROCESS MAINTENANCE ENGINEER (1)

Qualifications:

  • At least college degree of engineering (ME or EE) preferably with PRC license
  • Good leadership, problem-solving and analytical skills

 

Business Function Overview:

  • Performs preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance of all process equipment and machines including its components and related assembly.
  • Performs equipment modifications and machine improvements used in production process.
  • Ensures compliance to all government regulations.

 



Job Title: ENGINEERING CLERK (1)

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Preferably but not necessary Engineering graduate

 

Business Function Overview:

Handles admin task focusing on the documentation activities to comply with quality standard system of the company.

 



Job Title: FINANCE ANALYST (1)

Qualifications:

Accounting graduate, preferably CPA

 

Business Function Overview:

Handles Inventory Control, Product Costing, Fixed Asset Monitoring and Management Reports.



Job Title: QC ANALYST (1)

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Chemistry, Chemical Engineering,
  • Food Technology or Microbiology;
  • With related experience in a food manufacturing set-up.

Business Function Overview:

  • Ensures raw, in-process and finished products. 
  • Conform to quality standards.
  • Monitors and verifies production processes thru accomplishment of Product / Process Inspection Checklist.
